Typhonovia Olen-Scya Welding, protagonist of my novel in progress, Hnoko Daydreams.

Novi is a young artist who gets into trouble when a window frame she makes is seen as a slight against her country's dominant religion. After her friend, who made things worse by punching one of her critics, leaves the country for unknown reasons, she follows him as a virtual ghost while he explores an ancient city. While they travel together and slowly talk out their differences, each is looking for something very different in the city of Hnoko. And neither is totally willing to share their true motivations with the other.
